СССР!!! Не смотря на цены савдепия полная! ковры в коридорах еще с 1980 года наверное. Радует ресторан - похож на приличный но еда и форма подачи блюд убила, работающие барышни так называемые официантки работают скорее всего с дня открытия по виду каждой за 50 и от формы обслуживания "столовая" отходить не собираются.
