Заказывал материнскую плату для телефона LG. Сразу обговорил условия возврата, если не подойдет (не был уверен, что в моем телефоне проблемы с платой). Продавец подтвердил, что можно будет вернуть. Плата пришла, но не подошла — отправил обратно. Неделю никто не забирал, дозвонился с трудом, в итоге забрали, но деньги за плату не вернули, на звонки не отвечают, через сайт связи нет. На сайте плата снова стала в статусе «В наличии», т.е. претензий к плате не было, но связи с продавцом нет — ни с одного телефона трубку не берет, в Viber сообщения читает, но не отвечает. Пишу заявление о мошенничестве.
